We are excited to share our project with you. This construction project has been a goal of the Library Board for over ten years. The new library will better serve Plummer's citizens and patrons from the surrounding area. Please come back often to check out the progress through photos.

Week Three Update








The foundation was complete by the end of the third week. The snow only lasted a day so work was done in the rain.

    Jan. 5th, 2010: The construction site is very muddy. Since early December the weather has gone from extremely cold (during which time the concrete foundation was poured) to mild and rainy. Drain system and sump pump are in place. Conduit for power and telephone has been installed. The basement is currently covered with heated "blankets" in preparation for the concrete floor to be poured later this week. Backfill is in progress.
